We have more than 10 kinds of fresh vegetables such as Fukuoka red radish, Fukuoka mizuna, Hakata cucumber, pak choi, beets, red cabbage, red onion, pak choi, Kyushu carrots, celery, sunny lettuce, and romaine lettuce, as well as shrimp, chicken and other ingredients to customize your salad in over 200 different combinations.
The ingredients of your choice are chopped (beaten) in front of you using a special knife called a mezzaluna.
Please enjoy the dish with a spoon and three kinds of original dressings: "homemade basil and apple dressing," "homemade dressing with plenty of Japanese carrots," and "homemade dressing with slow-roasted onions.
We also recommend serving it luxuriously topped with a lot of homemade roast beef of Japanese beef and original sauce.
This roast beef is made from Japanese beef and is full of flavor. The beef is browned at a high temperature to lock in the flavor, and then slowly juicy at a low temperature.
Two special original sauces are available: "Fukuoka's original Japonais sauce" made with plenty of onions from Kyushu, apple cider vinegar and sweet soy sauce from Fukuoka, and "Creamy honey mustard sauce" made by mixing our original creamy sauce with honey and mustard from France.
It is delicious on top of a chopped salad or just by itself. Please enjoy it to the fullest.
he sandwiches are grilled in front of your eyes in about 20 seconds using a special stone kiln oven at 270 degrees Celsius, so you can enjoy a freshly made stone kiln sandwich.
Toppings include onions, pak choi, tuna, sunny lettuce, pastrami, small tomatoes, shrimp, grilled chicken, and olives, while the chef's homemade sauces include wasabi cheese sauce, paprika sauce, basil sauce, and honey mustard sauce.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are selected and made into smoothies right in front of you. Yogurt is blended into the smoothie, which makes it mild in taste and is recommended for those who do not like vegetables.
