The sauce is made with Hakata jokyu soy sauce and boiled brown sugar to give it a rich flavor, creating a special sweet and salty original sauce with a fragrant and faint smoked aroma.

The fragrant pork belly is grilled with homemade sauce, and then topped with an egg yolk to complete the dish.

This seafood bowl is made with a generous amount of fresh seasonal fish purchased from Fukuoka's Nagahama fishing port, making it look like a jewel box.

We are particular about the vinegared rice, and use Okinawan brown sugar and Okinawan Shimamasu.
